The Water Mist Ring enables the targeted injection of water or foam solution directly into the airflow of a TYPHOON fan. This allows the fan to be expanded with additional tactical functions – such as cooling, smoke knockdown, or support during foam operations.
The system is suitable for our Gasoline, Electric, and Water-driven Fans.
The Water Mist Ring is factory-installed in the fan and cannot be retrofitted. Therefore, this feature must be specified at the time of order.
After connection to the water supply, water is evenly introduced into the airflow. The air stream distributes the mist precisely within the operational area. Depending on the application, both water and foam solution can be used.
Depending on the configuration, installation is possible inside or outside the fan housing.
