The Exhaust Adapter is used in combination with TYPHOON water-driven or Electric Fans – including explosion-protected versions. When mounted to a fan, it creates a high-performance negative pressure unit for the targeted extraction of smoke, heat, or contaminated gases from enclosed areas.
In combination with ducting, exhaust air can be discharged in a controlled manner, allowing existing fans to be flexibly used for extraction tasks. The Exhaust Adapter is available in aluminum or stainless steel upon request.
By combining the Exhaust Adapter with a fan, a directed exhaust airflow is created. The unit extracts contaminated air from rooms, generates negative pressure, and ensures safe ventilation and extraction during fire brigade and industrial operations.
The adapter can be used for both supply ventilation and exhaust ventilation, expanding the tactical capabilities of existing equipment.
